Global Customer Survey
This Ignity dashboard captures feedback from a continuous global satisfaction survey. On top of the survey metrics the total number of respondents is also defined as a metric.
The overview shows all the metrics compared to the target or the average (from the complete dataset). All country values in the dataset are automatically assigned to the right country, so all metrics can be shown on a world map. Additionally we assigned longitude/latitude values to cities in the data, so metrics can be shown per city on the map.
