Pricing

General

• All fees are per month
• Fees are applied pro-rata (if only part of a month active, than that part will be billed)
• Accounts can be terminated at any time, fees will be charged till the end of the month

Agency account

• To activate an agency account, setup a paid regular account first and then contact support@ignity.com
• Find out about the exact functionality and how to get an agency account here

Extra dashboards

• A fixed number of active dashboards is included for an account. A total of 5 for the regular account and a total of 10 for the agency account.
• Extra dashboards are available in increments of 5 at a monthly rate of € 39,- (per 5 dashboards)
• The charges for extra dashboards are automatically added to your bill

Data storage

• Per account 10 GB of data storage in the dedicated cloud database is included (use is optional)
• Extra GB data storage will be charged at € 0,99 per GB or part thereof
